Cancellation and Refund Policy (24 hours in advance)
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. We are happy to accommodate your request, and in such cases, you will receive a full refund.
However, please note that late cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window of your appointment can disrupt our schedule and affect other clients' opportunities to book appointments. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
