Is there a supplement per additional person?

A supplement of $ 35 +tax per person will be charged to any additional guests who choose to accompany and sleep the night at our Inn.

Do children pay?

The extra $ 35 per person is not applicable on young children under 11 years old. ID may be requested

Which are the conditions of reservation?

Reservations and cancellations are as follows;
Please be  aware that at time of reservation;taxes are not included (TPS+TVQ + Lodging Tax).
Modifications and/or cancellations need to be made 48hrs prior check-in date, failure to do so will result in full payment(including taxes of the first night).

The conditions can vary according to the rate which you book and also events;

Conditions of reservation and cancellation for the period of the F1 Grand Prix from June 2nd to June 5th, 2016 and OSHEAGA 2016
The reservation is nonmodifiable and the total of the reservation will be in charge at the time of the reservation.
Cancellation 1 month before your arrival, 50% of the full amount will be charged. Cancellation inside one month before your arrival, we will charge you 100% with your stay in the event of cancellation.

What do I need for my check-in?

A valid piece of ID and a valid credit card are mandatory to access your reservation. The credit card used to book the room has to be presented when checking-in.

Do you have extra beds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer extra beds because we made a point of offering an optimal comfort to you.

Can I be accompanied by my pet?

The pets are not authorized in the hotel, nor in the rooms.

Opening hours for your terrace with jacuzzi?

Our terrace is open between 9:00am and 9:00pm, Take note that the terrace can be closed without notice according to the weather.

Does your hotel have an elevator and is this easily accessible for the people to reduced mobility?

Our rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors and are only accessible by staircase.

Is the hotel smoking or non-smoking?

Our Hotel is a non-smoking establishement, the Inn is committed to a clean environment. It is forbidden to smoke inside the hotel rooms. However, you may take advantage of our roof top terrace or even on the balconies of our ‘Standar Rooms with Balcony’ to smoke freely.

Do you have a parking?

Yes, indeed we have a limited parking  in the back hotel and is only guaranteed by reservation.
Although there are indoor parking garages located less than 50meters of the hotel. If you decide to park your vehicle on the street, we suggest you get acquainted with the cities restrictions to avoid infringements. We are not responsible for tickets.

If you have reserved a parking spot at our inn, please come meet us at the reception to register. We will then be able to give you directions to either our parking lot, or nearby


Coming from south shore,
by auto route 20
(highway Ville- Marie)

You will keep your right by taking exit St-Denis/St-Laurent.
Turn left on Berri street.

Turn left on Cherrier (right after the viaduct).
Keep going on Cherrier , past two lights, up to St-Denis Street.
To your right you will see the Carré St-Louis Park.

We are situated on St-Denis Street, to your right just after the park.
Our signs are red.

Coming from south shore, eastern townships, the United States (highway 10)

Directions coming from the Jacques Cartier Bridge: once you have crossed the bridge, keep to your left on the island of Montreal.
Keep going up to Sherbrooke Street and turn left.
On Sherbrooke take the right lane.
Sherbrooke Street becomes Cherrier Street at the end of park Lafontaine.
Keep going on Cherrier up to St-Denis Street. Turn left.
To your right you will see park Carré St-Louis.  We are situated on St-Denis, to your right, right after the park. Our signs are red.

Coming from north shore, Quebec, Ottawa (highway 15 & 4)

Directions coming from highway 40: take exit St-Denis (going south).
You will be on St-Denis. Drive for some time going south.
