Access to rooms
From 2 p.m. through noon the following day. If you plan to check out before 9 a.m., please advise us in advance.

Breakfast
Served from 9 a.m. to noon in the Coffee Aromas dining room.

Room service
Carried out from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Ice
Ice buckets and ice available in the kitchen.

Iron
Available in your room or in the kitchen.

Pets
Animals are not allowed in the Inn. Thanks for your understanding.

Tobacco
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Inn.

Outdoor jacuzzi
In the Feeling Sentimental garden. Hours of operation during the summer months: 9 a.m. to midnight. No fee.

Refrigerator
A large refrigerator is at your disposal.

Wines and apéritifs
You’ll find glasses and accessories in your room.

Liability
The Inn is not responsible for theft, damage or injury of any type that could occur during your stay.

Damages
Guests are responsible for damages to or loss of their room’s furnishings or damages to their room at the Inn.

Visitors
Visitors must be accompanied by registered guests. A surcharge of $30 CDN, per person per night, will apply to visitors who stay at the Inn overnight.
 
Booking
Booking total amount deposit. (See the cancellation or modification policies.) Credit card asked.
Deposit: 100 %, 7 days or more before the arrival for deposit refund. 
Payment: Complete payment taken the day of arrival.

Modification
$50 fee for a change of date and service fee for a change of name. For a change of the number of persons, there will be a new price charged according to the occupation.

No show
If the customer does not appear (no show), the total amount of the booking will be charged on the credit card. 

Cancellation - Clause 1
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the day of arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged on the credit card.

Cancellation - clause 2
If the booking is cancelled  7 days or more before the day of arrival, a $50 penalty will be charged on the credit card.

Other condition 1
Establishment for a business clientele or couples.

Restrictions 2008
• 2 nights minimum stay between June 26th and August 3rd 2008 (Jazz festival, Just for laugh festival and Francofolies)
• 2 nights minimum stay between August 29th and September 1st 2008 (Labour day)
• 2 nights minimum stay between October 10th and 13th 2008 (Thanksgiving day)
• 2 nights minimum stay between December 21st 2008 and January 3rd 2009 (Christmas and New year holidays)
