Temporary increase in the lodging tax in Montreal from February 1st, 2010
The lodging tax will temporary rise from 3% to 3.5% starting February 1st, 2010 until January 31st, 2015. Indeed, the invoice of all reservations made before February 1st, 2010 for a stay after that date will be modified according to this tax rise. On the other hand, reservations took after February 1st, 2010 will automatically be adjusted once the reservation is made. Thank you for your understanding.

2 nights minimum on week-ends
You can reserve minimum either thursday and friday, friday and saturday or saturday and sunday.
Please take note that this apply for any Packages and gift-certificates as well.

Child less than 12 years old
Child stay free when under age 12

Access to rooms
Between 2 and 4 p.m. through noon the following day. If you plan to check in after 9 p.m., please advise us in advance since our reception close normally at 9 p.m. Please note that the Inn has no elevator and the rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floor.

Continental breakfast
Breakfast basket brought to your room.

Room service
Carried out from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Ice
Ice buckets and ice available in the kitchen.

Iron
Available on demand.

Pets
Animals are not allowed in the Inn. We would like to thank you for your understanding. "Petsitting" available in the Inn area.

Tobacco
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Inn.

Parking
Limited places, upon reservation only, 10$ plus taxes per day.

Outdoor jacuzzi
Closed temporarily until mid summer, 2010.

Refrigerator
A large refrigerator is at your disposal.

Wines and apéritifs
You’ll find glasses and accessories in your room.

Liability
The Inn is not responsible for theft, damage or injury of any type that could occur during your stay.

Damages
Guests are responsible for damages to or loss of their room’s furnishings or damages to their room at the Inn.

Visitors
Visitors must be accompanied by registered guests. A surcharge of $20 CDN, per person per night, will apply to visitors who stay at the Inn overnight.
 
Booking
Booking requires a 50.00$ credit card deposit. (See the cancellation or modification policies.)
Balance of payment taken the day of arrival.

Modification or late check out without notice
$50 fee will be charge.
For a change of the number of persons, there will be a new price charged according to the occupation.

No show
If the customer does not appear (no show), the full amount of the booking will be charged on the credit card. It is the client's responsability to advise us in case of cancellation.

Cancellation
Deposit refund at 7 days ore more of the reservation date.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the day of arrival, the $50 deposit will be keep as cancellation fee for any stay under 7 nights. For a 7 nights stay or more, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total amount stay.

Other condition 
Establishment for a business clientele or couples.

Restrictions 2010
• 2 nights minimum stay between Friday and Sunday.

Massotherapy reservation                                                                                                                           
A credit card number will be asked upon reservation.
The treatment(s) total amount  will be charged in case of cancellation or any important change of the appointment time under 24 hours.
