Cancellation policy during the Grand Prix of Canada
Cancellation is allowed one month in advance, with half of the total payment of the invoice. If there is a cancellation within one month apart from the first day of your stay, full paiment will be required.

Cancellation
Deposit refund at 7 days ore more of the reservation date.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the day of arrival, the $50 deposit will be keep as cancellation fee for any stay under 7 nights. For a 7 nights stay or more, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total amount stay. For a cancellation during the stay, a 50$ per night cancelled will be charged.

Booking
Booking requires a 50.00$ credit card deposit. (See the cancellation or modification policies.)
Balance of payment taken the day of arrival.

Modification or late check out without notice
$50 fee will be charge.
For a change of the number of persons, there will be a new price charged according to the occupation.

Identification                                                                                                                                                          An identification card will be asked at the time of the check-in. The name on it have to match the one on the reservation. The Auberge du Carré St-Louis is given the right to refuse any booking whose name is not on the reservation.

No show
If the customer does not appear (no show), the full amount of the booking will be charged on the credit card. It is the client's responsability to advise us in case of cancellation.

2 nights minimum on week-ends, during high season (from May 1st until October 31st)
You can reserve minimum either thursday and friday, friday and saturday or saturday and sunday.
Please take note that this apply for any Packages and gift-certificates.

Child less than 11 years old
Child stay free when under age 11

Access to rooms
From 3p.m. through 11a.m. the following day. If you plan to check in after 9 p.m., please advise us in advance since our reception close normally at 9 p.m.

Please note that the Inn has no elevator and the rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor.

Departure at 11 a.m.

Continental breakfast
Breakfast basket brought to your room.

Room service

Carried out from 12 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Ice
Ice buckets and ice available in the kitchen.

Iron
Available on demand.

Pets

Animals are not allowed in the Inn. We would like to thank you for your understanding. "Petsitting" available in the Inn area.

Tobacco

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Inn.

Parking
Limited places, upon reservation only, 10$ plus taxes per day.

Outdoor jacuzzi

Open from 9a.m. to 9p.m.

Refrigerator

A large refrigerator is at your disposal.

Wines and apéritifs

You’ll find glasses and accessories in your room.

Liability
The Inn is not responsible for theft, damage or injury of any type that could occur during your stay.

Damages
Guests are responsible for damages to or loss of their room’s furnishings or damages to their room at the Inn.

Visitors
Visitors must be accompanied by registered guests. A surcharge of $20 CDN, per person per night, will apply to visitors who stay at the Inn overnight.
 
Other condition 
Establishment for a business clientele or couples.

Massotherapy reservation                                                                                                                           
A credit card number will be asked upon reservation.
The treatment(s) total amount  will be charged in case of cancellation or any important change of the appointment time under 24 hours.
